Time is Running Out to Take the MPI Membership Survey

What: The annual MPI Membership Survey is the tool that MPI International Headquarters uses assess the value it is delivering to members and make adjustments to increase the value of membership.
Based on your comments last year, we have significantly shortened this year’s annual membership survey.
The survey should only take about 10 minutes.
Why: Your responses are vital for us at MPI as we use this information to constantly make improvements
to your MPI experience. Letting your voice be heard is the best way to ensure your needs are met.
Benefit of Taking Survey: MPI will draw two winners each week to receive their choice of a FREE membership renewal or registration to WEC 2010 in Vancouver.
What Actions taken from last year’s survey results:
• Adjusted and expanded the MPI Cares program to meet the needs of our members during the changing economic environment.
• Reorganized our Strategic Communications department to increase the relevancy and reduce the volume of communications coming from International.
• Created the MPI Knowledge Exchange Webinar series to bring valuable education to members’ desktop on demand.
• Reinvented the chapter education program to bring new educational opportunities for all member types at the chapter level.
• A new business model for delivering professional development content to members will soon be deployed.
