PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This educational session is designed to present a dynamic panel of
senior-level industry professionals who's responsibilities include contract
negotiations, drafting, risk management, legal considerations and
profit/loss management. This program will bring to light the challenges of
negotiating and drafting win/win contracts from both the planner and
supplier point of view in this age of preferred suppliers, information risk
