PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Excel can perform so many functions for the meeting professional, from handling budgets, registration, calculating sleeping room rates and determining registration fees. This session is your opportunity to explore all of the functionality that Excel has to offer and take home tools to save you and your organization time and money. In this session, you will receive and work with three meeting industry spreadsheets: Rack Rate, Break Even Analysis and Attrition, along with a number of in-class worksheets, all tailored to the meeting industry.
KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1) Identify and use over 15 advanced Excel tools.
2) Customize graphs and other conditional formatting features.
3) Use advanced tools such as data validation and work with multiple worksheets.
